Warranty Claim
If you have a warranty claim, contact the Equinox® Dealer from whom you purchased your Equinox® Louvered Roof as they are near you and familiar with your purchase and/or project. If you cannot determine the name of the Equinox® Dealer, please call 1-800-448-4033 for assistance.
The dealer’s service representative will help diagnose the problem and determine if the parts are covered under warranty.
If after 5 days your local Equinox® dealer has not responded to your claim, click here to submit a warranty claim online or send a written complaint to:

Please include the following information in your letter or download and complete our Equinox® Louvered Roof Warranty Claim Form:
- Date of Claim
- First and Last Name
- Address of where your product is installed
- Phone Number
- Date you purchased your product
- Equinox® Warranty Card No.
- The Product you are submitting a claim for: Equinox® Louvered Roof
- Name of the Equinox® Dealer from whom you purchased your product
- Specific description of problem or defect
Once we receive your online submission or written letter, an Equinox® representative will respond to your claim within two working days.
