How Sunshade Uses Your Personal Information
This policy covers how Sunshade treats personal information that Sunshade collects and receives, including information related to your past use of Sunshade products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.


This privacy policy only applies to Sunshade
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Sunshade does not own or control, or to people that Sunshade does not employ or manage. In addition, some companies that Sunshade has acquired have their own, preexisting privacy policies.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
General
Sunshade collects personal information when you register with Sunshade, when you use Sunshade products or services, when you visit Sunshade pages or the pages of certain Sunshade partners. Sunshade may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. For some financial products and services we might also ask for your address, Social Security number, and information about your assets. When you register with Sunshade and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
Sunshade collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of financial products and services that we offer.

Sunshade automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, Sunshade cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

Sunshade uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Sunshade does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

  • We provide the information to trusted partners who work on behalf of or with Sunshade under confidentiality agreements. These companies may use your personal information to help Sunshade communicate with you about offers from Sunshade and our marketing partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right to share this information.

  • We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
  • We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Sunshade's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
  • We transfer information about you if Sunshade is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Sunshade will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Sunshade works with vendors, partners, advertisers, and other service providers in different industries and categories of business.

Warranty
This Warranty becomes effective on the date that your invoice is paid in full to your authorized dealer and is limited to Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC Terms and Conditions of sale, supply and payment. Failure to remit in full the Balance Due specified on the Invoice will void this Warranty.

COVERAGE

Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC warranties your products against defective workmanship and materials as follows:

All hardware and parts supplied by Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC are warranted for a period of 10 years from the date of the Invoice against defects which are attributable to faulty manufacturing or assembly, such that the product sustains damage when in use, providing the product was used in the manner intended. Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC will repair or replace any defective part(s) or materials at no charge within the Warranty period.

Note: This is a Limited Warranty as defined by federal law. Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC will not be liable for outside labor or installation.

CLAIMS UNDER SUBMITTAL

To initiate a claim against Warranty, Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC must immediately be notified in writing, including the following information:

  1. A copy of the original invoice.
  2. Details of the cause, type and extent of the damage or failure.
  3. Date on which the claimed damage or failure occurred.
  4. Full address of the claimant and dealer.

Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC and their suppliers reserve the right to examine parts and materials for any claim submitted. Items that Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC or their suppliers request to inspect must be sent to Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC who reserves the right to accept or reject Warranty claims at its sole discretion.

EXCLUSION

The Battery is not included in this warranty. Life of Battery is 3-4 years with replacement costing $30. Equinox Louvered Roof, LLC does not Warranty against damage resulting from accidents, carelessness, neglect, storms, wind above 90 miles per hour, installation or repairs by other than normal wear and tear, or acts of God. This Warranty is non-transferable.

Return Policy
Sunshade's products are custom made and installed, therefore returns are not applicable. However, Sunshade offers a 10 year warranty for all our poducts and services.
