Obtain the Warranty Card from where you purchased the product. Each card has a unique Warranty Number to enter here.
If applicable, obtain the Manufacturer's Sales Order Number (MFR SO#) from where you purchased the product. Enter numbers only.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact the Equinox dealer who sold and installed your system. The dealer’s service representative will help diagnose the problem. If you need help identifying your dealer, please call 1-800- 448-4033.

If your Equinox Louvered Roof dealer does not respond within five days, fill out the warranty claim. You may also send that information to

An Equinox representative will respond within two working days after receiving your claim.

For Warranty Claims on your patio cover product, first contact the dealer or installer that installed your product. The dealer’s service representative will help diagnose the problem and determine if the parts are covered under warranty.

If after 5 days your local Equinox dealer has not responded to your claim, fill out the form below and our Warranty Support Team will be in contact within 2 business days.
